• If KYC (identity verification) documents are not submitted
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• If a member wishes to close their own account

If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing. Funds remaining in a closed account may not be recoverable afterwards.
